This page highlights my work with health and wellness brands, projects centered on making care, mindfulness, and confidence feel accessible and inspiring. From developing Headspace’s Star Wars collaboration that reimagined mindfulness in a galaxy far, far away, to crafting Curalogy’s data-driven Cold Temp Set campaign, and defining Proven Skincare’s brand voice and guidelines from the ground up, each project balances strategy and storytelling. My focus throughout is to help people connect to wellness in a way that feels both modern and meaningful.
Headspace X StarWars
For Headspace, I created a social media campaign in collaboration with Star Wars to make mental health engaging for fans everywhere. The graphic campaign highlighted sleepcasts and breathing exercises inspired by iconic locations in the Star Wars galaxy, encouraging mindfulness in a fun, immersive way. The campaign drove awareness, promoted a free 30-day trial, and leveraged the cult following of Star Wars to make mental health approachable and exciting.



Cold Temp Set | Curology
For Curology, I created the Cold Temp Set campaign to promote their new winter skincare line. The campaign leaned into statistics and product results, highlighting essentials like the Barrier Balm and Liquid Pore Exfoliant, while driving pre-holiday sales. I developed engaging copy and graphics that showcased self-care in colder weather, emphasized product efficacy, and directed customers to shop online and in-store.



Product Spotlight | Proven Skincare
I was brought on to the PROVEN Skincare team to define their brand statement, mission, and create a comprehensive set of brand guidelines. With minimal prior research or data segmentation, I conducted market research including focus groups, interviews, and surveys to ensure a sustainable, long-term brand strategy. I wrote all copy, developed initial assets and graphics, and partnered with the design team to create a polished, visually appealing brand deck for PROVEN’s future use.
